Instead of stacking several perches, it puts most of its footprint into one large enclosed condo up top, sized at roughly 20 by 13.8 inches, so a cat can fully turn around and stretch out inside. A ramp leads up to that condo, which is friendlier for older cats or kittens than a straight jump.

The base and post are wrapped in sisal for scratching, and the build uses a mix of board, sisal, and plush materials to keep weight down to about 11 pounds. A self grooming brush is mounted at the base of the post so a cat can rub against it for a quick coat brush during regular scratching sessions, and a spring loaded ball adds a bit of extra play. The whole unit measures about 20 by 19 by 28 inches, keeping it small enough for apartments or smaller rooms.
